Big Dog Motorcycles has enjoyed explosive growth over the last decade. Since its inception in 1994, Big Dog Motorcycles has emerged as the second largest American motorcycle manufacturer.

In the summer of 2003, Big Dog Motorcycles' management team determined that their existing processes and systems needed to be able to scale in order to meet their business objectives. The company made its mission to better serve their dealer network and simultaneously control warranty costs.
